Constructed from 316L Stainless Steel.  Electro-polished and Passivated.

In order to collect steam condensate for analysis for Bacterial Endotoxins, all the components that come into contact with the sampled steam require de-pyrogenation in an oven in order to de-activated any Bacterial Endotoxins that may contaminate a new sample.

The Clean/Pure Steam condenser (Sanitary Cooler) was designed specifically for this purpose.

The components are easy to assemble on the supplied mounting tripod.

The shape of the condensate outlet ensures minimal exposure to atmospheric contamination during sampling.

The cooler incorporates a 2m steam coil and is cooled by a cold water feed via 6mm plastic tubing.
